Welcome to Yoga Northwest Adventures with Ingela!
With 50 years experience I wish to share my love of Iyengar Yoga with you, to help you take better care of your bodies iin your yoga poses, daily life and all your sports activities, with mindful awareness, alignment and breath, to avoid injuries, encourage healing and maximize health and wellbeing in all areas of your life.
I also love to take people on an adventure into their own hidden resources of courage, strength, confidence, wisdom and inner peace. It’s an endless and fascinating journey!
Another passion I have is to take people on an adventure out into nature, while hiking, biking and skiing with yogic breath, awareness and appreciation for our natural beautiful world.
And the magical things that happen when we blend outdoor activities with yogic practices, the endorphins opens our hearts with joy and we naturally experience a deeper sense of connection with our fellow travelers, but also with the different people, cultures and environments we meet along the way.
And the best thing is you will return home from our Yoga Adventure Travels with precious memories, new life long connections, recharged, rejuvenated and inspirerad with new healthy habits, but also with a heart full of understanding, care and respect for the oneness of life on our mother earth with all its wonder and awe.
